My name is Imogen, i’m a senior electrical advanced therapist. I have recently stepped down from my position as a Elemis expert therapist at Ragdale hall, to start a new exciting venture. I’m Level 3 trained and will be furthering my qualifications soon to be able to perform aesthetic treatments. I have worked within the spa industry for the last 3 years, performing vast treatments which i will be incorporating into my column. I enjoy performing all Elemis facials but my top pick is the Results driven Biotec. I am a skincare addict myself and love to offer my clients the best upcoming treatments and products to the industry.
I will be looking to add more treatments and additional therapies in the upcoming months. Watch this space advanced skincare treatments are coming! #conceptaesthetics
I’m a qualified beauty therapist of 17 years and have worked in the industry since qualifying in 2003.
I trained in beauty therapy doing my NVQ Level 2 & 3 and also completed extra courses whilst working in a salon, I love to learn new treatments and techniques.
After gaining experience in a local spa, I travelled the world on board a cruise ship in the busy spa and from that went onto work in a spa in Cyprus working with brands such as Elemis, Decleor, Payot and many more.
Having worked a number of years with practical hands on experience, I wanted to share my love of the job and found my passion for teaching and training, I decided to enrol at Nottingham Trent University to gain my teaching qualification. I taught beauty for around 8 years at two different local colleges until I decided to expand my career in sales and take my teaching skills further.
For the last four years, I have worked as a key account manager for a number of beauty brands, training therapists in the brands and how to get the best out of the products.
I have always kept up to date with the latest trends in beauty and maintained my knowledge by doing treatments alongside my career, my particular loves are waxing, skincare and nails. Now having a family of my own and needing to travel less, I have found a new opportunity at this little gem of a salon at Alexsa . I have a great relationship with Jenny and her team built up over the years of visiting the salon and am really excited to be starting a new adventure with them.
Hi! I’m Lydia, I am so excited to start this new adventure at Alexsa and welcome lovely new clients. I’m qualified in a range of beauty treatments and will be offering gel polish and acrylic extensions.
Whether you like a simple colour or spectacular nail art I offer a variety of designs to suit everyone; ombre, glitter, rhinestones, transfers, foils, marble, freehand designs and more!
Hi I’m Becky!
I’ve worked at Alexsa since 2018, doing what I love!
I am qualified in many beauty treatments but my favourite treatments to do are Nails and Facials.. whilst being trained in the Dermalogica ProSkin range I’m also trained in the very popular Dermalogica ProPower Peel.
I’m very excited to keep gaining new skills and adding more treatments to my ever growing list.
When I’m not at the salon you’ll find me spending time with my little Cockapoo called Coco Chanel.
I’m trained in various treatments such as manicures, pedicures, waxing etc, however my absolute favourite treatment to carry out would have to be an Indian Head Massage! I love how relaxed the client becomes and how it has so many benefits mentally and physically, such as pain relief for neck and shoulders, aids hair growth and skin condition but can also help clients who suffer with insomnia.
I am looking forward to meeting new clients and helping them enjoy the benefits of the treatments I perform.
